- Payments can be made securely using a credit or debit card via PayPal.

- The total amount payable for your chosen portrait is due at the time of ordering.

By ordering a portrait from me, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

- Copyright of the images I supply is retained by me, Helen Ingle. I reserve the right to keep copies of all portraits I produce, original artwork having been sent to you, the person placing the order. Any further copies of the portrait(s) can be supplied from my archive in exchange for further payments (prices given on application).

- Refunds: A full refund can be given if you change your mind within 5 days of my receiving your photos.

- If you change your mind after this time, I will give a partial refund (up to 70%, depending on how long you take to inform me). This is because it is likely that I will have already completed a significant portion of work on the portrait, and need to cover the cost of my time.

- If you are ordering the portrait as a gift, and require it to be completed by a certain date, I must be informed of this date, and the portrait must be ordered at least three weeks prior to your deadline.

-If the portrait is delivered late due to failure to conform to the above term, or a post office error, I do not accept responsibiilty.

- If you approve the final portrait on behalf of the intended recipient, I do not accept responsibility if they are then unhappy with it.

- These terms and conditions are in addition to your statutory rights.
